Modest Organic Growth for LVMH over the Third Quarter 2026
Revenues up for the Watches & Jewelry Business Group
French luxury group LVMH has just released its third-quarter 2026 results. Organic revenue growth came in at +1% in Q3 2026 and +2% over the first nine months of the year with revenues of EUR 57,148 millions. While these figures point to modest growth, they also reflect the challenging business environment facing the sector. Looking at performance by Business Group over the third quarter, all divisions reported growth except Fashion & Leather Goods. The division, which has traditionally been the Group’s strongest growth driver, posted negative organic growth of -5% in Q3 2026 and -2% over the first nine months of 2026 with revenues EUR 26,391 millions. With respect with the activity by region, LVMH underlines that in the third quarter, the performance reflected the impact on business activity of a less buoyant environment in China, while the United States, Europe and Japan saw good growth.
Turning to the segment of particular interest to MONOCHROME, Watches & Jewelry, the trend remains positive, with organic growth of +8% over the first nine months of the year (revenues of EUR 7,725 millions) and +6% in Q3 2026.
LVMH does not provide a breakdown of the individual brands’ performance within this division, making it impossible to draw firm conclusions about the respective performances of its jewelry and watchmaking businesses.
On the Paris stock exchange, LVMH shares have fallen by approximately 40% since the beginning of the year, closing at €384,5 on Monday, October 12, ahead of the group’s earnings announcement.
