The Bremont Supermarine Full Ceramic Deep Blue
The latest Supermarine Full Ceramic comes in a blue case with a black wave-textured dial, keeping the robust construction of the series.
Introduced in 2024 when the brand fully revamped its dive watch collection, the 43mm Supermarine Full Ceramic has since appeared in Polar White, Jungle Green limited editions, and a non-limited Tactical Black version. Now Bremont expands the series with the new Deep Blue, a 250-piece limited edition that brings another colour to a collection built with high-performance materials and a 500m depth rating. The Deep Blue shares the tech specs, changing the appearance without reinventing the watch.
The brand says the contrast between ocean and ice inspires the new colourway, although the watch is less about literal decoration. Blue ceramic case, black dial, titanium elements, and instrument-like details give the new Supermarine a distinctly technical presence, in line with the brand’s tool-watch roots.
The 43mm by 13mm case is constructed from blue ceramic and titanium. It measures 50mm lug-to-lug and, despite its size, weighs just 74 grams. The unidirectional titanium bezel features a blue ceramic insert, and the domed sapphire crystal receives anti-reflective treatment. The screw-down crown is at 3 o’clock, with the helium escape valve on the opposite side of the brushed midcase. The titanium caseback in blue PVD features a map of the world’s oceans; it is water-resistant to 500m.
The Deep Blue features a black dial with a pronounced three-dimensional wave pattern and a mix of applied trapezoidal and circular indices with a black outline. The trapezoidal indices extend from the bezel onto the dial, creating a naval-inspired crosshair at the centre. The minutes track is printed in white on the inclined black inner flange, with 15, 45, 60 markings and London at 6 o’clock in orange. The date window is at 3 o’clock with a matching black date wheel. Polished black-gold hour and minute hands indicate the time, while the arrow-tipped central seconds hand receives the same treatment. The markers and hands are treated with blue-emission Super-LumiNova.
Like the earlier Supermarine Full Ceramic references, the Deep Blue is powered by Bremont’s calibre BB64AH, a Sellita-based (SW300) automatic with 56 hours of autonomy, operating at 28,800 vibrations/hour and built with a Glucydur balance wheel, an Anachron balance spring, and a Nivaflex mainspring.
The watch is available with three strap options: a black-and-blue woven NATO, a blue embossed rubber strap with leather lining, or a black rubber chevron strap. The latter two come with a quick-release feature. Limited to 250 pieces, the Bremont Supermarine Full Ceramic Deep Blue is priced at EUR 7,750, regardless of the selected strap.
