Although MONOCHROME has always been about high-end mechanical watches, we manage to find (and show to you) a nice value proposition from time to time. Who is Dan Henry
In the abundance of affordable watches, it often hard to find a watch that is so much better than the league it plays in. What Dan Henry managed to do, is to rise (far) above its own ‘budgetary league’. And it all started with his passion for collecting nice watches. He also spent a lot of time photographing his collection, gathering information about each and every watch, and making that information available on the timeline.watch page. You can easily say that Dan Henry, as a collector, is a passionate guy, who wants to share his passion and knowledge for nice vintage watches.
This is also how he came to the idea to design watches, heavily inspired by his favourite vintage watches, and to make them available to everyone. Very tempting especially like the colors of the giveaway watch orange and blue.
Would have paid a bit more for even a slightly higher grade caliber.
