As a watch brand you’re usually sending information. Advertisements, endorsements, press releases and much more. Audemars Piguet does something entirely different this summer. They asked their Facebook fans to share their summer photos.
The ideal result are photos showing an Audemars Piguet timepiece and a beautiful background, in this case related to your vacation/summer. Mood shot, that’s what theses kind of photos are called. Other brands like A. Lange und Söhne and IWC shared their own mood-shots (and we shared them with you).
It’s good to see a dive watch in its natural environment. No desk diving here, but among shells on the beach. That’s how it’s supposed to be!
The following AP owner took off his Royal Oak Offshore before taking a plunge and that’s not necessary because the AP ROO (Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore) is water proof. So let’s assume that was only to protect the leather strap. Or maybe to shoot this beautiful mood-shot.
The owner of this Royal Oak Dual Time is enjoying a trip in an old Riva boat. How appropriate!
Our friends from Fratellowatches are also in the photos that AP already shares on their Facebook wall. This photo shows three Royal Oak’s with the Eiffel Tower, shot when they visited the Royal Oak exposition in Paris. A beautiful photo, kudos to our buddies from Fratellowatches!
You can share your summer/AP photos by tweeting them to @audemars_piguet or to attach your photos to a FB message, sent to AP. The best photos will be shared on the Audemars Piguet Facebook wall. Here you can find Audemars Piguet on Facebook.
