The IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince, Now in White Ceramic
A brighter, lighter take on one of IWC’s most recognisable pilot’s watches.
The Le Petit Prince editions have long been easy to spot within IWC’s Pilot’s Watch lineup; just look for the deep blue dial inspired by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s famous novella. With the new Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince unveiled at Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, the brand gives this familiar formula a new twist. The watch now comes in a white ceramic case, a first for the Le Petit Prince series and a combination that feels like a meeting point between the Petit Prince and IWC’s Lake Tahoe models. The result is a chronograph that now looks noticeably brighter with a stronger contrast.

The watch is housed in a 41.9mm case made from white zirconium oxide ceramic. White ceramic is not entirely new to IWC either, having been used in the brand’s Top Gun Lake Tahoe models, where the material stands out for its light feel on the wrist, scratch resistance, and a crisp, matte finish. Here it is combined with a deep blue dial featuring a sunburst finish and a gradient tone. The white printed numerals and indexes keep the classic Pilot’s Watch look, while rhodium-plated hour and minute hands, as well as the chronograph hands, are filled with Super-LumiNova. On the back of the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince, a titanium caseback shows the engraving of the Little Prince.

Mechanically, the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince relies on the same platform seen in other recent Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 models. Inside runs the IWC-manufactured calibre 69380, an automatic chronograph movement built around a column-wheel mechanism. The chronograph displays elapsed hours and minutes on totalisers positioned at 9 and 12 o’clock, following IWC’s characteristic vertical dial layout. Operating at 4Hz, this self-winding movement offers a power reserve of approximately 46 hours.

The watch comes on a white rubber strap with IWC’s EasX-CHANGE strap system for tool-free strap changes. Retailing for a price of CHF 10,500, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince will be available through IWC boutiques and authorised retailers.
