The Graphic New Bell & Ross BR-03 Cyber Ceramic
A bold fusion of innovation and contemporary aesthetics in watchmaking, brought to you by Bell & Ross.
The latest creation from Bell & Ross, the BR-03 Cyber Ceramic, immediately draws parallels with the Cyber Skull models due to its striking resemblance. At first glance, one might even mistake it for another skull and bones-themed timepiece. However, the brand steers us away from such associations, emphasizing the BR-03 Cyber Ceramic is the brand’s vision of modern watchmaking design and futuristic aesthetics rather than being a memento mori or a Jolly Roger-inspired piece.
Presenting a contemporary interpretation of the iconic BR-03 design, the BR-03 Cyber Ceramic is crafted from high-tech material, appears very dark and has stealth written all over it. This timepiece merges the spirit of aviation and the cockpit-inspired look of the BR 03 collection with the faceted angles of the Cyber series, incorporating very original, futuristic design codes in an unmistakenly Bell & Ross style.
The BR-03 Cyber Ceramic from Bell & Ross introduces a transformative design, breaking away from the traditional round bezel and lugs that characterized its BR-03 predecessors. The new two-piece matte black ceramic case, measuring 42mm x 43.7mm, redefines the signature square case with an eight-sided structure. The absence of the round bezel and lugs makes way for thicker angles with sharp edges, with every line and edge undergoing meticulous faceting with diamond powder, creating a captivating three-dimensional effect of a multi-level architectural construction.
Sapphire crystals on the watch’s front and back enhance its transparency, offering a clear view of the interior. On the dial side, metallic indexes are affixed to the inner surface of the faceted, eight-sided sapphire crystal. Most of the movement’s components are grey; the hour and minute hands also sport a grey hue and are treated with grey SuperLumi-Nova, emitting a bright green glow in the dark. This luminous treatment is exclusively applied to the hands, aligning with the stealth-like concept.
The open-worked dial invites a glimpse into the inner workings of the time-only, automatic movement BL-CAL.383, finished with a matte black coating. The barrel cover, resembling a turbine engine, pays homage to aviation inspirations. Flipping the watch reveals a continuation of the blackened aesthetic, with a black skeletonized main plate, bridges, and rotor. The movement operates at 28,800 vibrations/hour, provides a 48-hour power reserve and comes with a reassuring five-year guarantee.
With the lugs gone, or rather seamlessly integrated into the bezel and case middle, the rubber strap is an integral part of the case, promising a comfortable fit despite the watch’s size. Secured with a matte black PVD steel pin buckle, the strap completes the cohesive design. Limited to just 500 pieces, the BR-03 Cyber Ceramic is priced at EUR 13,600.

Spectacularly illegible.
Really cool watch! I believe the lug to lug measurments are 50mm
Would have loved to have seen a manual wind movement in this piece.
100M water resistant would have been welcomed also. Oh well…
TOO!…..large and too over priced. There are similar excellent watches at a tenth of the price.
