Hamilton Enters the World of Resident Evil Requiem with Two Limited Editions
Survival, character and narrative detail to please the fans.
Hamilton is often referred to as the watchmaker of cinema, which is no surprise since Hamilton watches have appeared in more than 500 films. Recently, the brand has expanded its reach into video games, where immersion and character development are equally important. Hamilton Far Cry 6, Death Stranding 2 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 releases showed that a well-conceived watch can feel authentic when on screen and on the wrist. The new Resident Evil Requiem editions, made in collaboration with game developer Capcom, mark the next step in this direction, introducing two watches shaped by the game’s protagonists.

Khaki Field Auto Chrono – Leon S. Kennedy
Worn by Leon S. Kennedy, the Khaki Field Auto Chrono is the more tactical of the two releases. The 42mm stainless steel case is finished in black PVD, its design cues tied to Leon’s combat background. The crown echoes the adjustment knob of a sniper scope, and the chronograph pushers supposedly take the form of bullet cartridges. A black wing symbol at 9 o’clock is mirrored by an emblem engraved on the caseback, alluding to remembrance and loss, themes central to the game’s story.

The black dial features chronograph counters at 6 and 12 o’clock and a day-date display at 3. Super-LumiNova on the hands and indices ensures legibility in low-light conditions. Power comes from Hamilton’s automatic chronograph calibre H-21, offering a 60-hour power reserve and equipped with a Nivachron balance spring. A black synthetic strap completes the mission-ready look.

American Classic Pan Europ – Grace Ashcroft
The Pan Europ Resident Evil Requiem Limited Edition reflects the personality of FBI analyst Grace Ashcroft, favouring restraint and intelligence over brute force. The 42mm black PVD-coated steel case is accented with gold details on the crown and unidirectional bezel. The black dial continues this “gold and noir” theme, with gold-toned numerals, outer ring and luminous elements.

The watch is powered by the automatic calibre H-30 with an 80-hour power reserve. Less tactical in appearance than the Khaki Field Chrono, the Pan Europ still looks purposeful, worn on a black leather strap with a crocodile pattern and a gold line running down the centre, tying the aesthetic together.
