The Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds with a Pink Gold Milanese Bracelet

One of the most beautifully simple Reversos to date, with just a bit more bling and boldness.

| By Denis Peshkov | 2 min read |

This year at Watches and Wonders 2025, Jaeger-LeCoultre’s emblematic Reverso, a timeless timepiece dating back to 1931 – as we explained in this in-depth article – will have its moment. Indeed, the brand is focusing entirely on its icon, and with some handsome new releases. In 2023, the slimmer pink gold Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds models, featuring silver, black, or burgundy sunray-brushed dials, got plenty of attention, yet the latest interpretation with a pink gold Milanese bracelet and tone-on-tone dial is a true standout, effortlessly winning the beauty contest.

The new Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds is a vision of restrained boldness, blending modern refinement with the elegance that has defined the Reverso for nearly a century. – and a bit of bling. Its polished pink gold case, adorned with the signature gadroons, measures 45.6mm by 27.4mm with a sleek 7.56 mm profile. While the reverse side offers ample space for personalisation, the purity of its unembellished look carries a lot of appeal.

A subtle modification to the lug attachment allows the matching Milanese-link mesh bracelet to integrate, enhancing the luxurious sophistication. Paired with a grained golden dial, this rendition brings out the best of the classic Reverso aesthetic.

The dial respects the simplicity of the original 1931 design. Applied, faceted, elongated indices mark the hours, harmonizing with sleek Dauphine-style hands. A railway minutes track follows the case’s contours, while the circular small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock adds a contemporary touch. The burgundy-coloured minutes track and subdial markings provide a crisp contrast, enriching the gold-toned design without disrupting its serene refinement.

Consistent with the series, the Reverso Tribute Monoface Small Seconds uses the manually wound, rectangular Calibre 822, operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour and delivering a power reserve of 42 hours.

A large part of this model’s allure comes from the comfortable Milanese bracelet, with each link crafted from two twisted threads of precious metal that interlock to form a flexible double-layered structure, which drapes effortlessly around the wrist. The bracelet, with a quick-change system, is closed with an adjustable sliding clasp, ensuring style and comfort.
