Since LVMH’s acquisition in 2021, Tiffany has boosted its watch product team and horology efforts. At the forefront of this effort is Nicolas Beau, former Global Head of Horlogerie at Chanel, who now serves as Tiffany’s VP of Horlogerie. Over the past few years, Tiffany has typically infused jewellery-led creativity into its watch collections. On the occasion of the LVMH Watch Week 2026, the brand opens a new chapter with the debut of the Tiffany Timer, exploring new horizons while staying unmistakably Tiffany.

The Tiffany Timer is a 40mm chronograph released in Honor of the 160th Anniversary of the brand’s first stopwatch, created in 1866. The name of this modern creation is also a nod to this first chronograph, which was renamed the “Tiffany & Co. Timer” two years later as the Maison opened its watch assembly workshop in Switzerland.

The new Tiffany Timer is infused with details inspired by the brand’s design language and fields of expertise, with a case made of polished platinum, with its crown and push buttons in white gold. The crown recreates the form of the six-pronged Tiffany solitaire ring setting. The Tiffany Blue dial is set with baguette diamond indexes. The brand reports that its distinctive colour is achieved, requiring hours of work. Its surface is spray-painted with a layer of matte varnish; an operation repeated eight times to achieve the desired depth before it is kiln-dried for two hours, and finished with 15 layers of transparent lacquer to enhance its brilliance.

Under the hood, the Tiffany Timer houses a movement with great pedigree – and one that also makes perfect sense from a “Group” perspective with a customised El Primero 400, the iconic chronograph from sister brand Zenith. The El Primero 400 is the most direct descendant of the Zenith integrated, high-frequency automatic chronograph. It beats at 5Hz and delivers 50 hours of power reserve.

Turning the watch over, the exhibition case back offers an unimpeded view of its intricate architecture with its column-wheel and horizontal clutch. Importantly, it has been customized for Tiffany with an oscillating weight featuring a hand-sculpted yellow gold “bird on a rock”, a nod to one of the brand’s iconic design feature created in the 1960’s by Jean Schlumberger. The date wheel is also rendered in Tiffany blue to match the dial.

The Tiffany Timer is presented on an elegant taupe alligator leather strap. It is secured to the wrist by a triple-folding clasp in white gold. The watch is released in a limited edition of 60 pieces and comes with a five-year international limited warranty. Price is set at USD 55,000.
