The New Chopard Alpine Eagle 41 SL Cadence 8HF in Ceramicised Titanium
The third high-frequency watch that joins the collection benefits from the ultra-light material used for case and movement construction.

The latest Alpine Eagle Cadence 8HF by Chopard comes in a ceramicised titanium case and bezel, staying true to the collection’s signature aesthetic while enhancing durability and lightness. Its core specifications remain unchanged: a 41mm diameter with a 9.75mm thickness, a screw-down crown adorned with a compass rose, and crown guards for protection. A sapphire crystal caseback, marked with the Cadence 8HF designation, offers a glimpse of the high-frequency movement within, while 100m water resistance ensures everyday versatility. Both the bezel with eight screws and the midcase feature a bead-blasted finish, reinforcing the watch’s modern, technical appeal. The 7mm crown is also crafted from ceramicised titanium.
The dial, finished in “Pitch Black”, is achieved through stamping and PVD treatment, retaining the Alpine Eagle’s signature sunburst pattern, inspired by an eagle’s iris. However, in this SL – Super Light edition of the Alpine Eagle 41 Cadence 8HF, the dial base is made from titanium, reinforcing the watch’s lightweight nature. Familiar elements return: an orange arrow-tipped seconds hand with an eagle’s feather counterweight, an orange high-frequency arrow symbol, and matching minute track markings.
These vibrant accents against the dark dial and an anthracite grey case (that remains fade-resistant over time) lend a technical, high-performance aesthetic. The hour and minute hands, baton hour markers, and Roman numeral at 12 o’clock are treated with Cool Grey Super-LumiNova, ensuring readability in low-light conditions. A white-on-black date window at 4:30 seamlessly integrates into the dial.
To further reduce weight, Chopard crafted the mainplate and bridges of its high-frequency, COSC-certified Calibre 01.14-C from the same material as the case – ceramicised titanium. Beating at 57,600 vibrations per hour, this automatic movement delivers a 60-hour power reserve and features a tungsten rotor inscribed in the same orange tone as seen on the dial.
The Alpine Eagle 41 SL Cadence 8HF in ceramicised titanium is offered on a black or orange rubber strap with a titanium insert or a black calfskin leather strap with orange stitching. Both options are secured with a ceramicised titanium pin buckle. This limited edition of 250 pieces will be available soon, with pricing being EUR 26,800.
