Tudor Submariner for US Army?

By

Last week a friend bought this Tudor Subamriner ref. 7928. Through his contacts at Rolex he was able to get more information about this rather ‘strange bird’. The seller had the idea this was a rare Tudor Submariner produced for the US Army. The information provided by Rolex in Switzerland actually supports what the seller told.

  1. jb says:

your watch is not from the army it is from the navy
given to the navy seal or also known back then as a FROGMAN back in the early 1960.
there is a very small number on it look it up on computer or thru rolex which is a quote a lesser
of Rolex if it is real
