Book: the Watch

  • 14/07/2008

Last week a friend gave me a present; it’s a book called “The Watch”. In the book almost all major watch brands are represented in a few pages per brand. It gives a short overview of every brand with a peak into history and also shows some more recent models. This book is a nice book for all watch lovers and makes a good birthday present.

The fun thing is that George, the friend who gave me this book, has something special with it. At the end of the book several collectors where interviewed for a short story about their hobby of collecting watches. George’s story is about how he bought his first expensive watch and it’s is quite a remarkable story.
